Parking in front of the Finikes campingsite-Close to Paradise Resort
We start from the parking in front of the Finikes campingsite close to Paradise Resort.
We cross the road and follow the tar road to Kamaria.
Before Kamaria we turn left and circle the village in a wide arc, then we go uphill towards Evangelismos.
After about 5.7 km we do our usual banana break.
Before Evangelismos we turn right and go back down towards Foinikounta long the campingsite Amos and a piece of beach, back to the campingsite of Finikes.
There is a coffee shop approximately 200 meters away across the street where we can have a drink!
The walkability is good, some ups and downs like usual but don't worry it's not considered a hard walk.
The chronicle of today’s walk
Today at a sunny day, mixed with clouds and a lot of wind 31 Freewalkers gathered together at the Finikounda Paradise Resort.
The walk brought us uphill across olive fields and typical villages.
The walk was easy, mostly dry because some parts we crossed had puddles of water so it was a challenge to pass.
At the end we had our drink all together at the coffee bar long the main road at Finikounda.
See you next Saturday, 30th of November at 10am at Kokkino with lunch after at Maria's and Cristos' home.
