07-10-2023 Vasilitsi walk

We start from the church in Vasilitsi, first through the olive fields and a small rocky road we go up to Livadakia and have a break at the church. Then we walk back to Vasilitsi to the house of Chelones, where we will have the chance to have a drink and to see the turtles and snakes. After that it is only 30 minutes walk back to Vasilitsi.

Chelones: the garden of Eden of the Peloponesos. After the 2021 fire burned their house, Anita and Alain continued their dream: create a dreamspot and combine this with Peloponnesos wildlife and share it with guests. After a short introduction you can join a guided tour through their unique reptiles zoo. Afterwards you can enjoy a cool drink. (€2). (www.chelones.ch)
