06-06-2026 Koroni and surroundings

For this walk we will meet at the Koroni school parking lot.

It will be a beautiful walk that will start from the sea and takes us to the surrounding hills and brings us back to Zaga beach in Koroni.
We will travel on different types of land, beach, dirty roads, paved roads and some passages between the fields.
However, at all times the tracks are quite easy.
In the end we can all have a drink together at the Café Synantisi (Καφέ Συνάντηση).

The chronicle of today

The temperature is starting to rise, so from today we’ve started setting off at 9 am.
A sunny day welcomed 36 Freewalkers to Koroni for a walk that took us through olive groves, hills and dirt tracks, and, on the way back to Koroni, along the Zaga beach.
It wasn’t a particularly hard walk, although there were a few climbs, which, with the heat rising, left some of the participants, feeling a bit tired.
At the end, however, we all met up in Koroni for a drink by the sea in the Kafenion Sinantesi and our energy levels were restored.
See you next Saturday, the 13th of June, at 9 am in Stenosiá to admire the waterfall, which is finally flowing with plenty of water, but with a very challenging route.
Next we'll propose as well an alternative walk guided by Karin.
