Bus stop in the village
As an alternative to the Stenosiá walk we propose as well one of our most beautiful walks, the river walk in Neromilos.
We start at 9am at the bus stop of Nerómilos village close to the candle factory.
There are paths long the river and through some lovely shadow parts in the forest.
At the end of the walk we all can visit the candle factory where the owner family will welcome us warmly with some refreshments.

The chronicle of today
22 freewalkers and a dog met for an alternative walk at the bus station of Nerómilos.
For some, it was a new hike and they were surprised by the river walk.
So beautiful, shady, adventurous, and a bit exhausting..
Afterwards, we sat at Dimitries' candle factory with meze, wine, tzipouro, water melon, and figs. All homemade by the family.
Compliments and thanks a lot for the friendly hospitality.
Only 5 km but with lots of uphill and downhill.
Anyway we all managed it.
