  Methoni beach car park

We will start at Methoni Beach car park, walk past Methoni castle, then across the main road and up to the hills of Tapia. Some up and down, mostly good tracks. We will have lovely views of Methoni, Sapientza and the countryside. We will have a banana break at a church and we will end the walk with a drink at a kafeneion in Methoni.

The chronicle of today
Today, on a beautiful sunny day, 26 freewalkers arrived to enjoy the beautiful view in the hills above Methoni. We passed olive groves and villages and then, afterwards, all had a drink together in a Kafenion in Methoni square. 
Next appointment on Saturday 1 February at 10:00 am at the Savasti Tavern in Kalamaki for the Achladochori Memory Walk, for our dear friend Manfred, who is unfortunately no longer with us.
