We have loveley 10 years behind us. 10 years with lots of good walks, nice celebrations, fullmoonwalks, summer walks, Corona walks, lonley walks and walks with more then 50 walkers. Great events, surprising  and interesting. We want to say thank you to everybody who took place in our group of enthusiastic walkers. Some walkers left us, for different reasons, but we will keep them in our mind. We feel the freewalkers are like a big mosaik, each piece has his own value, each piece has his place. All this different personalities, different nationalities, different ages, colours, educations.... we are the freewalkers and we will be this for the next 10 years. Come and join us.

This must be celebrated and we will do so. Preparations are in full swing.

We have been hiking together for 10 years. For 10 years, we have enjoyed the opportunity to make social contacts, to do sports and at the same time to get to know "the country and its people". We have experienced a lot together. There were hikes that ended in "nowhere" and we had to go all the way back. Other hikes seemed endlessly long or too short. Sometimes it went steeply uphill, on "rolling stones" downhill, every now and then we had to climb and not so rarely we came back with scratched legs.

We sweated and frozen, there were four of us and sometimes more than 50 Freewalkers. But the hikes have one thing in common: they were unforgettable in our memory! Here we go for the next 10 years. Nothing will change, the Freewalkers are an international hiking group that meets twice a week to hike together. Without registration, without obligation and free of charge.

We celebrate with you and with a traditional hike, which we divide into a short and a longer route and of course with sparkling wine and snack.
