Stenosia
Our walk will take us to Stenosiá Waterfalls.
It is a relatively short walk but the trail in its second part is quite wild and challenging.
Some passages with boulders, others quite steep or paths through reeds.
The last 200 metres of steep ascent of the waterfall also require caution so as not to slip.
This is a very scenic hike that is almost always shady and that freewalkers have done several times without ever having found any problems.
The important thing is to be equipped with good walking shoes, so please no sandals or flip-flops.
Please be aware that you should be in shape to do this walk, it requires a good balance condition to climb up the narrow path of the waterfalls.
We will then meet at 9.a.m. at the start of the walk at the meeting point indicated on the map below.
